Our Beginnings
Anna Maria started ATENT-DP in 1995 as a data entry agency. At the time, her staff’s ability to keypunch data from hard-copy surveys withOUT use of printed column-codes was an industry innovation. With the decreasing number of paper surveys, Anna Maria diversified into other data processing areas. She is the company’s Founder and can be reached at annamaria@atent.net
(In 1996) Due to an increased demand from market research firms wanting a vendor to perform open-ended coding, ATENT-DP hired Bonnie, a former registered nurse, to lead a coding department of part-time employees. Her staff specializes in health care/pharma. studies but has a decade of experience in many consumer & B-2-B areas as well. Email Bonnie at bonnie@atent.net
We Continue to Grow
(In 1997) Unhappy with the antiquated equipment and bureaucracy at a large supplier, Joseph came to ATENT-DP offering to program crosstabulations using (what was then) newer PC-based software. Now at the company for 10+ years, Joe is an industry-recognized expert in handling complicated & specialized output and complex data file manipulations. His email address is joe@atent.net
(In 1998) Anticipating the revolutionary impact of the Internet for use in data collection, ATENT-DP developed one of the FIRST email-address-gathering web sites in the industry and hired Min to custom program web surveys. Min’s programs are more powerful/flexible than those programmed in canned software manufactured by industry heavyweights. Ask him why at min@atent.net
